Registration Deadline is October is Monday, October 2nd.  For the Nationals, there is no late registration.  For Sunday’s club events, on-the-spot late registration fee is $20 higher.

There is no entry fee for PWRC members and Nationals participants in Sunday’s club races,  but please still register online with your intent to compete in those events.

Please note that local PWRC members must provide a volunteer on race day.

One banquet ticket is included in each Nationals entry fee.  Purchase additional banquet tickets for $10 each if needed.

PWRC members (minors and adults): as long as your 8-page Notarized Dickerson Access Agreement is on file there is no other paperwork to submit.  No daily waivers necessary!

Spectators are allowed at the events on Saturday and Sunday and don’t need to be signed up in advance.  Please to bring in a signed two-page waiver. Parking is tight at the course: only race officials and racers will be allowed to park down at the race site.
Spectators can get in one of two ways:
WITH A RACER: in a racer’s car. Please bring the waiver.  Racers, please don’t shuttle spectators back and forth.

FROM TOWPATH:  you may park 1.8 miles upstream(mouth of the Monocacy) or 1.1 miles downstream (warm water fishing area) of the course, walk or bike on the towpath, and enter the race from the gate at the towpath between 9am and 3pm, both Saturday and Sunday.  Please bring a signed waiver or a volunteer will have one for you at the entrance.

If spectators are physically unable to walk/bike on the towpath, we can have a volunteer shuttle to the race course from the warm water fishing area. Please email Stace Kimmel (Stace.Kimmel at gmail.com) 72 hours in advance to set this up.
